Geely Auto (HKG: 0175) saw sales hit another record high last month as its sub-brand Geely Galaxy continued its strong performance.
The automaker sold 307,133 vehicles in October, marking the second consecutive month of record sales, according to data released today.
This represents a 35.49 percent year-on-year increase and a 12.45 percent rise from September.
The robust growth was primarily driven by Geely Galaxy, which sold 127,476 units in October — marking its third consecutive monthly record — with a 100.77 percent year-on-year increase and a 5.47 percent rise from September.

From January to October, Geely Galaxy sold 1,002,461 vehicles, surpassing its annual sales target of one million units ahead of schedule, with a year-on-year increase of 186.61 percent.

Originally launched as a new product lineup on February 23, 2023, Geely Galaxy was elevated to a standalone brand on March 3 this year.
Starting October 2024, sales of the Geometry lineup have been consolidated under Geely Galaxy.
Including Geely Galaxy, the Geely brand recorded 245,497 units sold in October, marking a 43.93 percent year-on-year increase and a 10.60 percent rise from September.

The Zeekr brand delivered 21,423 vehicles in October, down 14.48 percent year-on-year but up 17.34 percent month-on-month.
Lynk & Co delivered 40,213 vehicles in October, up 29.41 percent year-on-year and 22.22 percent month-on-month.
Geely Auto exported 41,568 vehicles in October, up 27.73 percent year-on-year and 2.22 percent month-on-month.

Its domestic sales in China reached 265,565 units in October, a 36.79 percent increase year-on-year and 14.24 percent month-on-month.
